What is komin's turnkey service?
We design and furnish your condo end-to-end in Korean style — design, furniture sourcing, and on-site installation — so you can move in without any further work.
What's actually included in the package?
Design, all furniture, lighting and related electrical work, wall/floor finishes, and on-site installation. Exact scope is itemized in your quote before work begins, so there's no ambiguity later.
What is the starting price?
Starting price depends on unit size and chosen style. Contact us for a free quote.
How does payment work?
Typically a deposit to start, a progress payment during the build, and a final payment at handover. Exact percentages are set out in your quote.
How long does it take?
Most projects take 4-8 weeks, depending on unit size and project complexity.
I already have furniture — what happens to it?
Let us know during the consult — we can design around pieces you want to keep, or help arrange removal of what you don't need.
Can the style be customized to my taste?
Yes — we start from our established Korean-style design directions, then tune color palette, materials, and furniture to your taste and budget.

Is there any warranty after handover?
Yes — installation and furniture are covered under a post-handover warranty period. Report any issue directly via Line; exact terms are set out in your contract.
